It’s amazing how much better the day goes when I go to sleep at a reasonable hour, get a full night’s sleep, and then wake up with a plan.

Yesterday worked out that way.

In addition to restarting my daily grind here, I simplified my to-do down to just a few things that I wanted to get done before work, during work, and after work. Since I was actually awake and functional, I was able to complete them all without much stress.

Then I went home and enjoyed my evening with the family.

Today I’m running on a bit less sleep because I was up too late, and I can already feel the difference. Oh well, here’s to caffeine!
